You can delete your account from the Vamp app. After completing the process below, your account will be immediately deactivated. After 30 days it will be permanently deleted, and any unused credits, promotions, or rewards will be removed. We may retain certain information after account deletion as required or permitted by law.
Delete your account using the app
- Go to Profile, then tap Manage Vamp account
- Tap Delete my account
- Review the information about what will be deleted
- Confirm by typing "DELETE" and tap the delete button
- Your account will be deactivated and you will be signed out
Notes on deleting your account
- If you sign back in within 30 days of deactivation, your account will be restored and the scheduled deletion will be cancelled.
